Ultimamente aqui en Mèxico esta haciendo mucho frio, asi que hoy me decidi a hacerles un articulo sobre estas botas, que ultimanete muchas famosas las estan utilizando =) Si tù no tienes, no te preocupes, hay imitaciones muy buenas de estas botas y a precios accesibles (Aproximadamente $500.00 Pesos mexicanos)
(Al fin tengo mis botas, despues  de tanto tiempo =D)
Estas botas son super comodas y mantendran tus pies calientes. Las puedes usar con unos jeans, leggins, shorts y màs.
Ayer fue el cumpleaños de mi hermana mayor (cumplio 25 años). FELICIDADES!!! Te quiero hermana.

Lately here in Mexico is very cold, so today I decided to make an article on these boots, which many famous ultimanete are using them =) If you do not have, do not worry, there are very good imitations at affordable prices.

These boots are super comfortable and will keep your feet warm. You can use it with jeans, leggings, shorts and more.
Yesterday was my older sister's birthday =D CONGRATULATIONS!!! I love you sister.

El ultimo mes del año, falta muy poco para Navidad y para Año Nuevo (2012).
Hace un mes que regrese al blog y dije que iba a ver nuevas secciones y esta es una de ellas, la verdad es que escribir diario sobre maquillaje, peinados, mascarillas y mas, se me hace muy aburrido (no me mal entiendan amo el maquillaje y todo lo anterior), decidi compartir con todas ustedes las canciones que escucho una y otra vez, por eso decidi compartir con ustedes mis canciones favoritas cada semana (espero que asi sea =P).

Hoy les traigo una de mis mascarillas favoritas, mascarilla de aspirina!

La aspirina esta hecha de Ácido Acetilsalicílico, es un exfoliante y tiene propiedades anti inflamatorias que hace que las células de la piel se "despeguen" solas, eliminando las células muertas y haciendo que vuelva a crecer una nueva piel. Estudios han aprobado que la "Aspirina", mejora las arrugas, hiperpigmentacion de la piel, el foto envejecimiento, la rugosidad y el acné.

Today I bring you one of my favorite masks, aspirin mask!
Aspirin is made of acetylsalicylic acid is an exfoliant and has anti-inflammatory properties that causes skin cells to "take off" alone, eliminating dead cells and re-growth making a new skin. Studies have approved the "Aspirin", improves wrinkles, hyperpigmentation of the skin, photoaging, roughness and acne.

Materiales

- Aspirina Simple (que no sea recubierta)

- Miel o Aloe Vera

 

-Toma 3 aspirinas y colocalas en un pequeño plato, échale unas gotas de agua sobre ellas para disolverlas.

- Pon una cucharada de miel y mezclar hasta formar una pasta.

- Aplicalo en el rostro limpio, evita la zona de los ojos.

- Espera 15 minutos, luego enjuaga con movimientos circulares para exfoliar tu piel.

 

Materials

 

- Aspirin (not covered)
- Honey or Aloe Vera

 

-Take 3 aspirins and put them in a small bowl, take a few drops of water on them to dissolve.
- Put a tablespoon of honey and mix into a paste.
- Apply to cleansed face, avoiding eye area.
- Wait 15 minutes, then rinse in a circular motion to exfoliate your skin.

 

Importante

-No lo uses mas de una o dos veces a la semana.
-Si se presenta una sensación de hormigueo; no te asustes, es normal.
-Si eres alérgica a la aspirina, No uses esta mascarilla.

 

Important

 -Do not use more than once or twice a week.
-If a tingling sensation, not panic, it's normal.
-If you are allergic to aspirin, do not use this mask.

Avocado Hair Masks (Mascarillas de aguacate para el cabello)

Es martes, y hoy les traigo como hacer dos mascarillas de aguacate para el cabello.
El aguacate contiene vitaminas A, C, D, B6 y E. Todas estas ayudan a la piel y al cabello de una manera increíble ya que funciona como un antioxidante y como un humectante natural por la gran cantidad de glicéridos ácidos grasos insaturados. Es por eso que se le utiliza cada vez más en tratamientos de belleza para reparar el cabello dañado.

It's Tuesday, and today I bring as making two avocado masks for hair.Avocado contains vitamins A, C, D, B6 and E. All these help the skin and hair in an amazing way it works as an antioxidant and as a natural humectant for the large amount of unsaturated fatty acid glycerides. That's why it is used increasingly in beauty treatments to repair damaged hair.

Mascarillas

-Mezcla la pulpa de un aguacate maduro con dos cucharadas de aceite girasol y una cucharadita de jugo de limón. Aplícate la mezcla en el cabello y déjalo actuar por uno 15 minutos. Cúbrete el cabello con un gorro de baño o con una bolsa para dejar actuar los componentes. Luego enjuaga con bastante agua tibia.

-Mezcla un trozo de aguacate maduro con una cucharada de yogurt natural. Aplasta la mezcla hasta que esté uniforme. Aplícala en el cabello húmedo y deja actuar por 20 minutos. De la misma manera, utiliza la bolsa para cubrir tu cabello. Enjuaga con agua tibia.

Masks

-Mix the pulp of a ripe avocado with two tablespoons of sunflower oil and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply the mixture on the hair and let it act for a 15 minutes. Cover your hair with a shower cap or a bag to leave on the components. Then rinse well in warm water.

-Mix a piece of ripe avocado with a tablespoon of natural yogurt. Flatten the mixture until smooth. Apply to damp hair and let stand for 20 minutes. Similarly, use the bag to cover your scalp. Rinse with warm water.

Todos estos tratamientos debes hacerlos por lo menos una vez por semana, para que esté siempre brillante y libre de resequedad. Ten en cuenta lavarte el cabello como de costumbre después de aplicar cualquiera de estas mascarillas, así tu cabello se sentirá como nuevo.

All these treatments must make them at least once a week, so it is always bright and free from dryness. Note to wash your hair as usual after applying any of these masks, so your hair will feel like new.
