I LOVE CHOCOLATE! (spanish and english)

Hoy les traigo una MASCARILLA DE CHOCOLATE!
Es una de mis mascarillas favoritas que funcionan muy bien y huele delicioso =D
El chocolate posee propiedades antioxidantes, hidrata la piel, elimina la celulas muertas y màs.

Today I bring you MASK OF CHOCOLATE! One of my favorite masks, work very well and smells delicious = D
Chocolate has antioxidant properties, hydrates the skin, removes dead cells and more.Ready??
GO!!

Ingredientes (ingredients)

-1/3 de taza de cacao en polvo (1/3 cup cocoa powder)

-3 cucharaditas de leche entera ( 3 teaspoons milk)
-¼ de taza de miel (¼ cup honey)
-3 cucharaditas de crema de avena (3 teaspoons of oatmeal cream)

1.- Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un tazón.
2.- Calentar por un minuto en el microondas.
3.- Aplica la mezcla sobre la cara.  Evita el área de los ojos y la boca. Deja que actué 15 minutos. Retirala suavemente con una toalla humedecida con agua tibia.
1 .- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2 .- Heat for a minute in the microwave.
3 .- Apply the mixture on the face. Avoid eye area and mouth. Leave on 15 minutes. Remove it gently with a towel moistened with warm water.
Da grandes resultados, pero debes ser constante y paciente.

Gives great results but, you must be consistent and patient.
